Paris-brest con panna al caffè

Le cime delle nostre colline sono ricoperte di nuvole cariche di
acqua. Mi sa che il pomeriggio lo passerò in casa, scrivendo la
ricetta di questi paris-brest al caffè, osservando attraverso le
finestre le prime goccie d'acqua che cadono sugli alberi di mimosa
già in fiore sul viale davanti casa.Non ho mai fatto il paris -brest
fino ad ora e me ne pento: sono molto semplici da fare e sono
versatilissimi: possono essere riempiti di crema o panna montata
aromatizzata a picare o perchè no, con la nutella
( testato e certificato come delizia suprema  da mio figlio :-).

Paris-brest con  panna e caffè
per la pasta choux:

Ingredienti:
250g acqua
150g di farina
100g burro
4 uova
1 pizzico di sale
scaglie di mandorla


In una casseruola portate a bollore l'acqua con  il sale e il burro.
Toglietela  dal fuoco e unite la farina, mescolate bene e
rimettetela sul fuoco. Continuate  a mescolare finchè l’impasto
diventa asciutto, forma una palla e si stacca dalle pareti della
casseruola. Togliete dal fuoco e lasciatelo  raffreddare.
Versare l’impasto in un mixer, aggiungete le uova, una alla
volta, impastate fino ad  ottenere un composto liscio.
Versate  l’impasto in una tasca da pasticcere con la  bocchetta
larga e formate, sulla teglia rivestita con carta forno, cerchi di
circa 7-8 cm di diametro, stando attenti di lasciare abbastanza
spazio tra loro (circa 6 per teglia).
Decorate ogni anello di pasta  con le scaglie di mandorla.
Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C e infornate per circa 20 minuti.
Alzate la temperatura a 200°C e cuocete ancora per circa
10–15 minuti.  Devono risulatre asciutti e dorati.


Per il ripieno
200 ml di panna fresca
2 cucchiaino di caffè solubile
2 cucchiai di zucchero a velo

Fate sciogliere il caffè nella panna. Montata la panna  con lo
zucchero a velo e farcite i paris-brest.

Prima di servirli cospargeteli con lo zucchero a velo.










































Paris-brest kàvès tejszinhabbal

Eddig mèg soha nem sutottem Paris-brest, most màr
tudom  mit vesztettem! Egyszeru , gyorsan megvan ès
akàrmivel toltheto: vajas krèmekkel vagy gyumolccsel,
kàvèval izesitett tejszinhabbal nagyon finom.
A fiam nutellàval toltotte meg, eskudott rà hogy isteni finom.

A tèsztàhoz:
Hozzàvalòk :
250ml  viz
150g liszt
100g vaj 
4 tojàs
1 csipet sò
vèkonyra szeletelt mandula (diszitèshez)

Egy làbasban felforraljuk a vizet a sòval ès a vajjal egyutt.
Levesszuk a tuzrol, beleszitàljuk a lisztet, visszatesszuk a tuzre ès
addig keverjuk amig a keverèk  el nem szakad a làbas oldalàtòl ès
tèszta labda keletkezik keverès kozben.
Levesszuk a tuzrol ès hagyjuk kihulni.
A tèszta labdàt egy mixerbe tesszuk  ès belekeverjuk a tojàsokat.
(egyenkènt) Addig mixeljuk amig szèp sima tèszta keverèk lesz
belole. A keverèket egy  habzsàkba  tesszuk (1,5 cm szèles 
nyilàsù) 7-8 cm àtmèroju karikàkat nyomunk egy sutopapirral
kibèlelt tepsire.
A karikàk tetejèt beszòrjuk mandulàval.
180°C-ra elomelegitett sutoben 20 percig sutjuk, majd
feljebb vesszuk a sutot 200°C-ra   ès mèg 10-15 percig
sutjuk.

A toltelèkhez:  
200 ml friss habtejszin
2 kiskanàl nescafè 

2 pùpos kanàl porcukor  


A tejszinben felolvasszuk a nescafèt.
A tejszint a cukorral egyutt habbà verjuk.
A tèsztakarikàkat megtoltjuk a kàvès tejszinhabbal,
megszòrjuk porcukorral ès rogton tàlaljuk.

Paris-brest with fresh cream & coffee
for choux pastry:

ingredients:
250g water
150g flour
100g butter
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
almond flakes

In a saucepan, bring to boil  the water with salt and butter.
Remove from heat and add the flour, mix well and
put it back on the fire. Continue to stir until the mixture
becomes dry, it forms a ball. Remove from heat and let cool.
Pour the mixture into a mixer, add eggs, one at a
time, knead until mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into a pastry bag and form  a 7-8 cm diam
large circle  on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
being careful to leave enough space between them.
Sprinkle each ring with almond flakes.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C and bake it for about 20 minutes.
Raise the temperature to 200 ° C and cook for another
10-15 min.
For the filling
200 ml fresh cream
2 teaspoon of instant coffee
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Melt instant coffee in the fresh cream.
Whip the cream with the powdered sugar and
fill  Paris-Brest.
Before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Annyira szépek a fotóid, én ugyan nem olyan rég találtam rád, de mindig csak olvadozom, ha az oldaladon nézelödöm. Az pedig, hogy három!!! nyelven írsz, hát le a kalappal!!! Èn két nyelven írok, és tudom, hogy mennyi munka van benne. Remélem még sokáig olvashatunk téged és a sok-sok finomságokat!!
